Botanica Ditton Park

Background

Botanica Ditton Park is a business park based in Datchet on the outskirts of Slough. The business park is managed by Knight Frank and is home to companies such as Advanced, Allianz and DX. Stewarts Coaches provides a staff shuttle between Slough Train Station and Botanica Ditton Park, with an additional collection en route on Datchet High St.

Our transport solution

Stewarts Coaches operate a fully-wrapped 33-seater midi coach to Botanica Ditton Park in Botanica branding. The shuttle runs on a timetabled service operating Monday to Friday only with the exception of public holidays. 

As part of the staff shuttle service, Stewarts Coaches provides a nominated Account Manager to Knight Frank who is the main point of contact for the client during normal working hours. Outside of these times, the operations team is available to oversee the service delivery of the shuttle.

Botanica Park’s midi-coach operates on the service at all times with the exception of instances whereby the vehicle has to be kept off the road for scheduled or unforeseen maintenance. In times when the midi-coach must remain off the road, Stewarts Coaches provide a replacement unbranded 33-seater midi-coach and this is communicated to the client in advance.

Stewarts Coaches Ltd provides Knight Frank with a monthly report that captures the daily activities of the service, including, but not limited to:

• Total monthly patronage
• Average daily patronage
• Total patronage per timed service
• Monthly KPI Performance Report
