Mitie Limited sought a reliable transportation solution to connect employees arriving at Wythall Train Station (a key public transport hub) with the Phoenix Group Headquarters. National Express Transport Solution implemented a dedicated shuttle service using a 19-seater executive Mercedes minibus, operating from our Aston, Birmingham depot. The service runs Monday to Friday on a fixed timetable, with morning services collecting employees from various locations in South Birmingham, including Wythall Train Station, and transporting them to the Phoenix Group Headquarters. Afternoon services operate on a return schedule, ensuring a seamless journey for employees.
